HI guys, I was hoping for some help in treatment planning this case. As you can see there is spacing and an upper midline shift with class II c/m on the right and cl III on the lhs. The upper incisors are protrusive and could afford to be retruded and intruded a little, however the facial profile and amount of lip support would look to me like I have to be careful not to retrude these very much.
Would you consider placing classII elastics on one side and class III elastics on the other? Would the class II elastics risk further tipping of the 46 or would a combined composite engager (possibly vertical?) avoid this.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy
