I have a patient with 13/23 in the lateral spaces (no upper laterals) and retained 53/63 posterior to the 3’s. I am wondering how well you can retract the 3’s back into the 53/63 space while maintaining correct angulation with Clear aligners.
(Future implants for the laterals)
Yes, this can be done.
I suggest you need elastics off the upper 3’s to lower 6’s and 5mm vertical attachments
Anchorage on 6’s
Works well with Invisalign and maybe harder with DIY or SureSmile, but definitely possible
I have had a similar case in the past and be great to share the before and after with you.
Thanks John. I have been recently experimenting a bit with SureSmile
Cool so am I
I think it is a great alternative for at the very least printing models rather than investing in a 3 d printer
How you well
